This account is meant for homeowners - with it, you can view all permits and plans associated with your home address. You can also submit new plans, pull new permits for some types of work, and request inspections at that address.
This account is meant for contractor licensees. To set up your contractor account, you will need your RBD-assigned contractor ID and the last four numbers of your SSN.
This account is meant for government agency employees. You will be able to log on immediately with this account, but you will only have standard account permissions to begin with. Once you verify your email address, an email will be automatically sent to Support with a request to convert this account to have government permissions.
This account is meant for architects, realtors, engineers, property managers, land developers, and others who want to submit e-plans, or have an easily-accessible list of watched addresses for viewing permit information or recent activity.
